Unfortunately we do not accept returns. *All sales are final
#1. Freeze dried candy & desserts are perishable items and to be in compliance with The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies, Sugar Rush Candy LLC will not accept any returns.
#2. Consumables (i.e. food products) can not be returned.
SHIPPING POLICY
Sugar Rush Candy LLC ships worldwide. Our approximate processing time, the time to receive, prepare and ship your treats, is 1-2 days. We make every order fresh and due to extremely high demand our processing time may exceed 2 days but we are working hard to reduce the processing time. We have hired multiple new staff and have transitioned to a large warehouse to keep up with the orders. We are a small family business that blew up on Social Media and we are forever grateful for your support and the love we continue to receive!
Once the order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification, including the tracking number.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are based on the buyer's total order weight and location. Shipment rates are calculated at the checkout by the company, and these rates are subject to change without notice.
United States Shipping Rates: Shipping rate is $5-$7 if the weight of the package is under 1lb and $10-$12 if the weight of the package is over 1lb.
Worldwide Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout by the company who is picked for the delivery service, and it depends upon the location of the buyer.

Processing and shipping time are two different things. What you chose upon checkout is the shipping timeframe, this is after the processing time needed to receive, make and prepare your package.

In order to prevent consumer confusion, possible trademark infringement and to protect the Copyright and Trademark rights for each candy manufacture, Sugar Rush Candy LLCÂ has an obligation to inform all potential customers of the following.
#1. Sugar Rush Candy LLCÂ is in no way affiliated with, have a sponsorship association or represents any candy manufactures in any manner whatsoever.
#2. The Copyrights and Trademarks for these candies are exclusive to each manufacture and IS NOT owned or claim to be owned by Sugar Rush Candy LLC. No entity (person or company) is allowed to advertise or mention the original name for any candy purchased from Sugar Rush Candy LLC. .
#3. The freeze dried candy sold by Sugar Rush Candy LLCÂ IS NOT created by or sold by the manufacturer of the actual candy. Deception on the source or origin is strictly prohibited.
#4. The candy that is used to freeze dry ARE AUTHENTIC candies however, once the candy has been freeze dried, the texture and sometimes the taste changes so, the candy sold on this site HAS BEEN MODIFIED by Sugar Rush Candy LLC. We reiterate that these candies are not produced by the actual (original) candy manufacturers.
#5. Sugar Rush Candy LLC has multiple registered Copyrights and Trademarks issued and if it's found that either are being used in any capacity, Sugar Rush Candy LLC, will seek immediate legal action.
#6. If candy is purchased from Sugar Rush Candy LLC and any Copyrights / Trademarks have been violated for the original candy manufacture and legal action is taken, Sugar Rush Candy LLC will not be responsible in any way.
